Return & Refund Policy: Love It or Return It
We stand behind the Velantair Meridian Brush. If it is not right for you, we do not want to keep your money.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to try the Meridian Brush. If you are not satisfied, contact us at andajus.ma@gmail.com with a genuine reason and we will walk you through a return or exchange. We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of abuse of this policy, such as repeated or serial returns.
How It Works
- Email andajus.ma@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will send you a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Send the product back in its original packaging if possible, including the charging cable and any included accessories.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Refunds are issued for the product price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Meridian Brush arrives damaged, or stops working properly under normal use within the 30-day window, contact us at andajus.ma@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you. A photo or short video of the issue helps us resolve it faster.
Condition for Returns
Because this is a personal-use device that makes contact with skin, we ask that returned items be clean and in like-new condition, with no physical damage from misuse or drops. The replaceable gel pads or adhesive contacts are consumable and are not eligible for return once opened, for hygiene reasons. Products showing signs of water damage or unauthorized modification are not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
If you would rather exchange your Meridian Brush than receive a refund, let us know when you contact support and we will arrange it as soon as your return is received.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us at andajus.ma@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can cancel orders that have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it falls under this Return Policy instead.
