Shipping Policy

Velantair currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Time

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 4 to 12 business days, depending on your location and current carrier volume. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and does not include the 1 to 2 day processing window above.

Total time from order to delivery is generally 5 to 15 business days.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Delays

Occasionally, shipments are delayed due to high order volume, weather, customs processes, or carrier disruptions. We appreciate your patience if this happens and will do our best to keep you informed. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us at andajus.ma@gmail.com and we will look into it.

Incorrect Address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we will do what we can to help redirect the package if the carrier allows it.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier facility first. If the issue is not resolved, contact us at andajus.ma@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist.
